Oceana Events
Rules
The Oceana Events Triad and Culture Triad, concerned
about the joy of the Events brought by our clan, have
created a few rules to better organize the events to be
held to our members and the community people.
In order to host events in name of Oceana there's a few
things to make sure of:
1. Kingdom-wide Events or inner clan Events must be
approved by the Events Triad before taking place.
2. Roleplay events or Culture based inner clan events
must be approved by the Culture Triad. The use of
Event characters will need approval from Primogen.
3. The Participants must listen to the host, who has
the final say in any matter of this event.
4. A member must not interfere with the progress of
any event the clan holds; an example of this would
be interrupting by saying something or removing an
important tool for it.
5. Each and every event posted on community events
board, Oceana board or any other board must have the
official Oceana symbol "(|)" on the beginning of the
subject so people can easily identify that the event
is being hosted by Oceana members.
6. Each and every event post must respect the laws of
that board. If not sure of the laws of the board
consult the Archon in charge of it or ask your
Primogen about it. The Community Events board
purpose is to display a listing of the events going
on in Nexus. It's not for posting winners of contest
events, nor summaries of what happened neither using
it for self making money.
**When re-posting on it about the same event, one must
remember to remove the old one.**
7. Each kingdom-wide event must have a post in Clan & Subpath
bulletin board if aplicable. Putting the winner posts there is
extremely necessary and only with that such event with be
8. Events with prizes, must have the prizes authorized
by the Triad over-looking it and made sure that
Oceana bank can provide it to the winners. The host
of the event must make sure that the prizes reach
the winners. Prizes above the total of 150,000 coins
worth for the whole event requires approval from the
Administration Triad.
9. Each item taken or deposited to Oceana bank via Events
is to be reported to the Primarch, to make sure if the
are items missing on list it's because of bugs in clan
bank system.
10. The usage of Oceana key is very limited and for that,
events being held in Oceana hall need to planned and
warned to the current key keeper ahead of time. The
key can only be handed to people with authorization
of Primogen.
